![]() I have Chromium launching with a BlueIris URL that displays a single camera, full-screen, with no user internvention. I bought the UPerfect one, and it works very well: I just want them to be able to look over and see who's at the door when the mechanical doorbell rings (which it already does). I don't want or need the "doorbell" functionality, as that will just clutter the screen and confuse them. This would be powered from the wall, so no battery is necessary. I probably don't want to use an old laptop for #2 or #3, because it would have a trackpad and keyboard that could be used to take it out of "doorbell camera" mode, and then I'll need to make a visit to fix it again and again and again. Some device that can display a browser window from Blue Iris. ![]() ![]() Some device that can display an RTSP feed, directly from the camera. My 88.5 yo Dad has enough trouble pushing the Home button on his iPhone SE, which I bought specifically because it still has a physical button.A cheap tablet running the Amcrest app, but I want it to never ever ever go to sleep or turn off, and I want it locked to running the Amcrest app so that it can't be accidentally switched into different mode.I'd like to get a small, dumb, display device that can sit right next to the Aura device and always display the feed from the Amcrest doorbell camera. They received an Aura digital picture frame for Christmas, and they love it! It's always on, super bright, and requires zero interaction for them to be able to see what's currently being displayed. I want them to be able to view the footage from the doorbell camera at a glance, without having to launch an app. It has RTSP output over WiFi to a Blue Iris server that I've also set up. I have an Amcrest video doorbell installed at my elderly parents' house.
